Youth Beginners

The Youth Beginner program is designed for children between the ages of 7 and 13 years old who are new to karate. In these one-hour classes, students will learn the basics of Shotokan karate, including stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, and footwork.

They will also learn how to perform basic kata, or forms, and participate in partner drills to develop their self-defense skills. The classes are taught by experienced instructors who are trained to work with children and provide a supportive and encouraging environment.

The Youth Beginner program aims to build self-confidence, discipline, and focus in young students, while also promoting physical fitness and self-defense skills.
