Adult Karate
The Adult Karate program is designed for students who are 14 years of age or older and who are interested in learning Shotokan karate.
In these one-hour classes, students will learn the basics of Shotokan karate, including stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, and footwork. They will also learn how to perform kata and participate in partner drills to develop their self-defense skills.
The classes are taught by experienced instructors who are trained to work with adults and provide a supportive and challenging environment.
The Adult Karate program aims to build self-confidence, discipline, and focus in adult students, while also promoting physical fitness and self-defense skills. The program is suitable for adults of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced martial artists.
